I'm a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a CFA Charterholder with seventeen years in UK life, health and longevity insurance, across actuarial work, data and MI, data science and AI.

Most recently I had technical ownership of a retail annuity rate change process, built the pricing insight and data science team behind it, and led the requirements for a next-generation annuity pricing platform. I have worked as an actuary, a data scientist and a business analyst, and led small teams and projects, mostly in Agile and Kanban.

The tools on this site show how I like to work. An AI model proposes; code you can read does the computing and the checking; and every answer comes with the evidence you would need to rely on it. They are demos, built on the kinds of problem an actuarial team meets every week.
